摘 要:随着城乡一体化步伐的加快,农村中小学师资流失与流动问题日益凸显,严重影响农村教育质量的稳步提高,对于农村基础教育改革与发展产生不利影响。基于CNKI文献定量和定性分析,梳理近十年来我国学者关于农村学校师资流动及流失问题的研究成果,重点论述我国农村学校师资流动及流失问题现状、产生的原因、带来的危害及应对策略等方面,进一步提出有关研究的优缺点以及需要完善和注重的领域,以期为今后相关研究的开展提供方法与视域的启示和借鉴。With the acceleration of the integration of urban and rural areas,the loss and flow of teachers in rural primary and secondary schools has become increasingly prominent,which has seriously affected the steady improvement of the quality of rural education and adversely affected the reform and development of rural basic education.Based on the quantitative and qualitative analysis of the CNKI literature,this paper summarizes the research results of Chinese scholars on the flow and loss of teachers in rural schools in the past decade,and focuses on the current situation,causes,hazards,and coping strategies of the flow and loss of teachers in rural schools in China.The advantages and disadvantages of the research and the areas that need to be perfected and paid attention to are further put forward to provide inspiration and reference for the relevant research in the future.
