摘 要:基于美国文学教学实践,探讨电影在美国文学教学中的应用。论述电影应用于美国文学教学的必要性和可行性,以《喜福会》为例,介绍美国文学教学中引入电影的具体实践过程并总结得失。电影有助于学生分析和欣赏文学作品。更为重要的是,电影会激发学生阅读文学原作的热情,培养学生的阅读兴趣,通过引入电影,回归文学作品,更好地实现美国文学教学目标,提高英语专业学生的专业素养和人文素质。Based on the teaching practice of American literature,this paper discusses the application of films in the teaching of American literature.This paper expounds the necessity and feasibility of film application in the teaching of American literature.Taking The Joy Luck Club as an example,it introduces the specific practice process of introducing films into the teaching of American literature and summarizes the gains and losses.Films help students analyze and appreciate literary works.What's more,films will stimulate the students' enthusiasm to read the original works of literature and cultivate the students' interest in reading.By introducing the films and returning to the works of literature,it can better achieve the teaching goal of American literature and improve the professional competence and humanistic quality of English majors.
