摘　　要：利用微信群进行"虚拟实习"的新实习模式能够弥补工程管理专业在传统校外实习方面的不足,并且提高在校生的就业竞争力和社会适应能力。在对学生毕业后的持续跟踪过程中发现,该模式还对学生以后的工作状态产生积极影响。The new internship mode using WeChat group for"virtual internship"can make up for the shortcomings of traditional out-of-school practice for engineering management majors,and improve the employment competitiveness and social adaptability of undergraduates.In the process of continuous tracking after graduation,it is found that this model also has a positive impact on the work status of graduates in the future.
