摘　　要：术前对肝功能进行准确且高效的评价已越来越受到临床的关注与重视。现阶段临床常规使用的评价肝功能的方法仍有许多的局限性。近几年,肝胆特异性MRI对比剂使用越来越广泛,在肝功能的评价方面也有了许多新的发现与突破。本篇文章着重于肝胆特异性MRI对比剂为基础的肝功能评价的新进展为重点,讨论其在临床中的具体应用做一综述。Precise and efficient evaluation of liver function before surgery has attracted more and more attention from clinics.At this stage,there are still many limitations in the routinely used methods for evaluating liver function.In recent years,hepatobiliary specific MRI contrast agents have been used more and more widely,and many new discoveries and breakthroughs have been made in the evaluation of liver function.This article focuses on new developments in liver function evaluation based on hepatobiliary specific MRI contrast agents,and discusses their specific applications in the clinic for a review.
