摘　　要：产业学院作为应用型本科院校产教融合的创新模式,是提高人才培养质量的重要途径。针对电子商务专业在校企合作人才培养过程中存在的问题,提出基于产业学院的"211产教一体"电子商务人才培养模式,并在人才培养过程中收效显著。The industrial college is an innovative model of integration of production and teaching in application-oriented colleges,and it is an important way to improve the quality of personnel training. In view of the problems existing in the college-enterprise cooperation training process of e-commerce talents,this paper puts forward the"211 production-teaching integration"of the e-commerce talent training model based on the "industry college",and obtains remarkable results in the talent training process.
