摘　　要：作为立德树人的一个特殊而重要的构成部分,少数民族地区的大学生思想政治教育有效沟通,是少数民族地区高校增强思想政治教育的有效性、实现育人目标的基础前提。文章立足少数民族地区的大学生思想特性,从沟通主、客体和方式分析目前少数民族地区大学生的思想政治教育沟通的障碍,从转变观念、提升素质、完善方式、优化环境层面提出少数民族地区大学生的思想政治教育实现有效沟通的基本路径。As a special and important part of moral education,the effective communication of ideological and political education among college students in ethnic minority areas is the basic premise for colleges and universities in ethnic minority areas to enhance the effectiveness of ideological and political education and achieve the goal of education.Based on the ideological characteristics of college students in ethnic minority areas,this paper analyzes the obstacles of communication in ideological and political education of college students in ethnic minority areas from the aspects of communication subject,object and mode,and puts forward the basic path to achieve effective communication in ideological and political education of college students in ethnic minority areas from the aspects of changing ideas,improving quality,improving mode and optimizing environment.
