摘　　要：伴随着新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情危机的发展,做好高职学生思想政治教育工作在这一背景下显得尤为重要,同时危机给思政工作带来的挑战,使得传统的思想政治教育工作措施很难适应目前的需要。将网格化管理应用到高职学生思想政治教育工作之中,深入挖掘疫情防控育人元素,转危为“机”,对于践行三全育人理念,促进大学生由他律向自律的转化,提高思想政治教育工作的针对性和实效性,具有重要的意义。With the development of the COVID-19 epidemic,it is very important to improve the ideological and political education of the higher vocational college students.At the same time,the crisis brings challenges to the ideological and political education and makes it difficult for traditional ideological and political education to meet the current needs.Applying grid management to the ideological and political education of higher vocational students,we can dig deep into the elements of epidemic prevention and control.It is of great significance to practice the concept of Three Complete Education,to promote the transformation of college students from heteronomy to self-discipline and improve the pertinence and effectiveness of ideological and political education.
