摘 要:专业建设与地方产业群的匹配度和中高职专业的衔接度是评价地方职业教育专业供给的两个最重要指标。以龙岩市为例,从产业结构维度和行业维度对专业建设与地方产业群的匹配度进行分析,从高职院校对口招生和中高职联合培养角度对中高职专业衔接度进行调查,发现龙岩市近年来专业供给与产业结构的匹配性不断提升,但是匹配的程度仍有待提高,同时中高职专业衔接也存在诸多问题。对此,龙岩市各职业院校应该依托龙岩市职业院校联盟,盘活各职业院校存量资源;对接地方重点产业群,逐步重构中高职专业体系;优化中高职专业衔接方式,调整中高职专业衔接结构。The matching between professional construction and local industrial clusters,and the connection between secondary and higher vocational majors are the two most important indicators for evaluating the supply of local vocational education.Taking Longyan City as an example,this paper analyzes the matching degree between professional construction and local industrial clusters from the industrial structure dimension and industry dimension,and understands the connection degree of secondary and high vocational majors from the perspective of joint enrollment in higher vocational colleges and joint training of secondary and higher vocational schools.It is found that the matching of professional supply and industrial structure in Longyan City has been continuously improved in recent years,but the degree of matching still needs to be improved;at the same time,there are still many problems in the connection of secondary and higher vocational majors.In this regard,all vocational colleges in Longyan City should make improvements:relying on the Longyan Vocational College Alliance to revitalize the resources of various vocational colleges;docking local key industrial clusters,gradually reconstructing the professional system of secondary and higher vocational schools;optimizing the ways of connecting secondary and higher vocational majors and adjusting the connection structure.
