摘　　要：学院科研成果质量提升措施产生实效。2019年度相关数据显示:重要级刊物论文数量翻一番,论文转载数大幅度提升;影响面更广的教育类专业报刊发文创新高,科研课题立项和结项数量趋向平衡。但也存在C刊论文数量偏少、外文期刊论文不规范等现象,而正高级人员成果偏少、科研成果部门分布失衡,以及部分类别科研课题质量偏低等问题仍然存在。科研工作将继续加强监管与服务相结合,进一步完善微观评价制度,以持续提升科研质量。Measures to Improve the Quality of Scientific Research Achievements in 2019 of the College Produce Actual Effects.Relevant data indicators show that the number of papers in important journals has doubled and the number of papers reprinted has greatly increased.Educational professional newspapers and periodicals with wider influence have issued new records,and the number of scientific research projects initiated and completed tends to be balanced.However,there are still some problems such as the small number of papers published in C and the nonstandard papers published in foreign periodicals.However,there are still some problems such as the small number of achievements of senior staff in teaching and research posts,the unbalanced distribution of scientific research achievements departments,and the low quality of some types of scientific research topics.This year's scientific research work will continue to urge the combination of supervision and strengthening services,and further improve the micro evaluation system and other measures to continuously improve the quality of scientific research.
