高校校园文化建设的困境与出路

摘　　要：高校校园文化建设是建设社会主义文化强国、增强文化育人实效性、促进大学生全面发展的客观需要。目前,校园文化建设面临着价值引领作用发挥不够、组织工作困难、传承与创新不足等方面的困境。高校校园文化建设应从增强校园文化底蕴、规范校园文化管理、创新校园文化品牌等方面探寻未来的出路。The construction of campus culture in colleges and universities is of great necessity.It helps to build a culturally advanced nation,boost the cultivation of college students and promote their overall development.At present,the construction of campus culture is facing some difficulties,such as insufficient guidance on value,slaking off at work,insufficiency of inheritance and innovation,etc.The construction of campus culture should explore the way out in the future through promoting the school’s cultural heritage,regulate the management of campus culture and innovate the school’s cultural brand,etc.
