面部鳞状细胞癌术后复发并下颌骨转移1例

摘　　要：患者男,84岁,因左面部鳞状细胞癌在我院行肿瘤切除加游离植皮术,术后8个月因“左下颌皮下肿物渐增大伴疼痛4月余,左面部褐色肿物渐增大1月余”再次至我院就诊,结合病理检查及下颌部MRI检查,诊断为左面部皮肤鳞状细胞癌术后复发并左下颌骨转移。Extensive resection of malignant tumor and free skin grafting were performed on the 84-year-old male patient in our hospital for left facial squamous cell carcinoma.The patient came to our hospital again for the subcutaneous mass of the left mandible gradually increased with pain for four months,the left facial brown mass gradually increased for one month.Combined with pathological examination and MRI examination of the mandibular region,the patient was diagnosed as postoperative recurrence of left facial cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma with left mandibular metastasis.
