摘　　要：目的:探讨新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)流行期间安徽省居家中小学生焦虑情绪状况。方法:2020年2月13-14日,以网络问卷形式,用儿童焦虑性情绪障碍筛查表(SCARED)对安徽省中小学生居家隔离期间的焦虑情绪进行调查。结果:焦虑症状的检出率(SCARED总分≥23分)19.4%。男性7~12岁组、13~16岁组的躯体化/惊恐、广泛性焦虑得分均低于全国常模(P<0.05),女性7~12岁组、女性13~16岁组、男性7~12岁组的社交恐怖因子得分均高于全国常模(均P<0.05)。不同年龄段女生的广泛性焦虑、分离性焦虑、社交恐怖及总分得分均高于同年龄段男生(P<0.05)。结论:新型冠状肺炎流行期安徽省居家隔离中小学生的焦虑水平总体不高,从不同渠道获知疫情的中小学生表现出不同程度的焦虑情绪。Objective:To explore the anxiety state of primary and middle school students under home quaran-tine in Anhui province during the period of COVID-19 epidemic.Methods:From February 13 to 14,2020,the anxiety symptoms during the period of home isolation of primary and middle school students in Anhui Province was in-vestigated on line with the Screen for Child Anxiety Related Emotional Disorders(SCARED).Results:The rate of anxiety symptoms(SCARED total score≥23 points)was 19.4%.The scores of somatization/panic and generalized anxiety in the males aged 7-12 and 13-16 years were lower than the national norm(P<0.05).The scores of social phobia factors in females aged 7-12 and 13-16 years and males aged 7-12 years were all higher than the national norm(Ps<0.05).The score of generalized anxiety,dissociative anxiety,social phobia and total scores in different age female groups were all higher than those in the same age male group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The anxiety level in primary and middle school students in home isolation in Anhui province is not high during the COVID-19 epidemic,and those who get the epidemic information from different channels show different levels of anxiety.
