摘　　要：对P91钢弯管的原奥氏体晶界显示方法进行研究,设计多套组合试验方案,通过对比试验,发现以100 ml过氧化氢+5 g草酸+5 ml氢氟酸的抛光液化学抛光,并且用配比为10 ml浓硝酸+90 ml酒精的浸蚀剂浸蚀,可以清晰显示P91钢弯管的原奥氏体晶界,该方法简单高效,适合P91钢现场晶粒度检查。The method of displaying original austenite grain boundary of P91 steel elbow was studied.Several sets of combined test schemes were designed.Through comparative test,it was found that chemical polishing with 100 ml hydrogen peroxide plus 5 g oxalic acid plus 5 ml hydrofluoric acid was carried out,and the corrosive agent erosion with 10 ml concentrated nitric acid plus 90 ml alcohol could clearly display original austenite grain boundary of P91.The test schemes for original austenite grain boundary of steel elbow is simple and efficient,which is suitable for in-situ grain size inspection of P91 steel.
