摘  要:通过对设施土壤追施微生物酵素、γ-聚谷氨酸及二者与矿物源腐植酸复配的含腐植酸水溶肥料,研究了其对土壤微生物和线虫数量的影响。结果表明:施用微生物酵素、γ-聚谷氨酸、含腐植酸水溶肥料均能显著增加土壤微生物和土壤线虫数量,该含腐植酸水溶肥料对耕作层土壤(0~30 cm)细菌、放线菌、真菌和线虫数量增加作用突出,特别是对深层(20~30 cm)土壤的影响尤为显著。The quantity variation of soil microorganisms and nematodes were studied by using microbial jiaosu,γ-polyglutamic acid(γ-PGA)and water soluble fertilizers combining with microbial jiaosu,γ-PGA and mineral source humic acid.The results showed that all three treatments could significantly increase the quantity of soil microorganisms and nematodes.The water soluble fertilizers containing humic acid played prominent role in increasing quantity of bacteria,actinomycetes,fungi and nematodes in tillage soil(0~30 cm),especially for deep soil of 20~30 cm.
