摘　　要：目的探索ZSWIM5在非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)中的表达及临床意义。方法运用免疫蛋白印迹检测20例NSCLC患者肿瘤标本及瘤旁正常肺组织中ZSWIM5的表达;在139例NSCLC病人的石蜡包埋标本中运用免疫组织化学染色法检测ZSWIM5的表达,对其表达与患者预后进行生存分析,进一步通过在线数据库进行大数据分析及结果比对。结果与邻近的非肿瘤肺组织相比,NSCLC组织中ZSWIM5的表达显著下降(P<0.02),非肿瘤组织中ZSWIM5的阳性率(76.67%)显著高于肿瘤组织中ZSWIM5的阳性率(40.29%)。ZSWIM5的阴性表达与高TNM分期、淋巴结转移和不良预后显著相关。结论ZSWIM5在NSCLC中表达下调,且与肿瘤恶性演进及患者不良预后相关,提示其在NSCLC中发挥抑癌作用。Objective To explore ZSWIM5 expression and clinical significance in non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Methods Twenty pairs of NSCLC tissues and adjacent non-tumor lung tissues were detected for the expression of ZSWIM5 with Western blot.The expression of ZSWIM5 was detected by immunohistochemistry in 139 patients with NSCLC.Survival analysis was performed on the expression of ZSWIM5 and prognosis of patients,and compared with the database.Results The expression of ZSWIM5 in NSCLC tissues was significantly decreased compared with adjacent nontumor lung tissues(P<0.02),and the positive rate of ZSWIM5 in non-tumor tissues(76.67%)was significantly higher than that in tumor tissues(40.29%).Negative expression of ZSWIM5 was significantly associated with high TNM stage,lymph node metastasis,and poor prognosis.Conclusion ZSWIM5 was down-regulated in NSCLC and correlated with malignant tumor progression and poor prognosis of patients,suggesting that it plays a tumor suppressor role in NSCLC.
