医护合作联合多媒体在食管癌患者术前访视中的应用

摘　　要：[目的]探讨医护合作联合多媒体式术前访视在食管癌患者中的应用效果.[方法]选择入院治疗的食管癌患者100例作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为观察组、对照组,每组50例.对照组采用传统术前访视,试验组采用医护合作联合多媒体进行术前访视.于手术前1d和进入手术室后10 min采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)测评2组患者的焦虑值,并比较2组患者的收缩压、舒张压、心率和满意度.[结果]术前1d访视时,观察组与对照组患者的焦虑评分、收缩压、舒张压和心率比较均差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);入手术室后10 min,2组患者的焦虑评分明显降低,与术前1d访视时相比,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),且观察组患者的焦虑评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05).而且入手术室后10 min,观察组患者的收缩压、舒张压和心率都明显低于对照组(P<0.05).观察组患者的总满意率为94%,明显高于对照组的76%(P<0.05).[结论]对食管癌患者进行医护合作联合多媒体式术前访视,可以降低患者的焦虑评分、血压和心率,提高患者的满意度,有利于手术的顺利进行和手术患者的早日康复.[Objective]To explore the application effect of medical cooperation and multimedia preopera-tive visit in patients with esophageal cancer.[Methods]One hundred cases of esophageal cancer patients treated in First Affiliated Hospital of Shantou University Medical College from November 2018 to January 2019 were selected as research objects.They were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method.There were 50 cases in each group.Control group used the tradi-tional model to do preoperative visits while the obser vation group used medical cooperation combined with multimedia technology to do preoperative visit.Evaluate value of anxiety by the self-assessment lists of anxiety(SAS)in the two groups of patients before 1 d prior to surgery and 10 min after entering the operating room.The systolic pressure,diastolic blood pressure,heart rate and satisfaction of patients between the two groups were compared.[Results]There was no statistically significant difference in anxiety scores,systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and heart rate between the two groups at the visit 1 d before surgery(P>0.05).10 min after entering the operating room,the anxiety scores of both groups were significantly lower than that of 1 d before surgery in both groups(P<O.05).10 min after entering the operating room,the anxiety scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Moreover,systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and heart rate of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group at 10 min after entry into the room(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of the observation group was 94%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(P=0.029).[Conclusion]Medical cooperation and multimedia preoperative visits to patients with esophageal cancer can reduce patients anxiety score,blood pressure and heart rate,improve patients’satisfaction,which is conducive to the smooth operation and early r
