摘  要:与表现突出者被“火线提拔”相反,一些领导干部在新冠肺炎疫情防控中,因不作为、慢作为、乱作为和假作为而被及时问责。战“疫”问责暴露出部分领导干部不敢担当、不能担当、不善担当等素质“短板”。提升我国领导干部危机治理能力,必须补齐政治、专业和能力“短板”,培养敢担当的帅才、能担当的专才和善担当的通才,在锻造能够攻坚克难的精兵强将式领导干部队伍的同时,打造敢打善拼能赢的攻坚“指挥部”。Contrary to those promoted at top speed for outstanding performance,some leading cadres were held to account for inaction,slow action,disorderly action and false action in preventing and controlling the COVID-19 epidemic.Accountability of the fight against coronavirus has exposed the vulnerabilities of some leading cad⁃res,such as fearing bearing,inability to bear,feeling weak in bearing.To improve the ability of leading cadres in crisis management,we must focus on overcoming the vulnerabilities in political and professional qualities,on cultivating the professional and general talents who are good at taking on responsibilities,on forging a contin⁃gent of leading cadres capable of overcoming difficulties,so as to build strong“headquarters”for all depart⁃ments at all levels featured by daring to fight,feeling adept in struggling and being bound to win.
