摘　　要：目的了解济宁市农村学校环境卫生状况,为改善农村学校环境卫生状况提供依据。方法于2014~2019年每年随机抽取2个县市区作为项目监测县,每个县选取5个乡镇,每个乡镇选择初中、小学各1所学校开展校园环境卫生状况监测。结果调查120所学校,其中小学和初中各60所。济宁市农村中小学校学生主要饮水方式以学校提供开水为主,占77.50%;校内供水以村镇水厂供水为主,占49.17%,自备集中式供水完全消毒的学校仅占30.61%;卫生厕所普及率为99.70%;男厕蹲位比合格率明显高于女厕蹲位比合格率(P<0.01);厕室内和厕所周围洗手池没有备有肥皂占25.83%。结论济宁市农村学校环境卫生有明显改善。Objective To understand the environmental health conditions in the rural schools in Jining city,so as to provide the evidence for improving the environmental sanitation of rural schools.Methods During 2014-2019,2 counties and urban areas were randomly selected as project monitoring counties each year,5 villages and towns were selected from each county,and 1 primary school and 1 junior high school were selected from each village and town to carry out campus environmental sanitation monitoring.Results A total of 120 rural schools were selected,including 60 primary and 60 secondary schools.The main source of drinking water in rural primary and secondary schools in Jining city was the boiled water provided by schools,which accounted for 77.50%;the main source of water supply in school was from the township or village water supply,which accounted for 49.17%,only 30.61%of the schools provided their own centralized water supply were completely disinfected;the rate of sanitary toilet was 99.70%;the qualified rate of squatting ratio in men’s toilet was significantly higher than that of women’s(P<0.01);25.83%of schools were not equipped with soap in school toilets.Conclusion Environmental sanitation in rural schools in Jining city has been improved obviously.
