摘　　要：为了探索卷烟机成型负压对黄山某规格卷烟产品品质的影响,采用4个梯度负压进行试验研究,分析了不同负压对卷烟产品品质的影响。结果表明,随着卷烟机成型负压的增加,①烟支内烟丝的碎丝率呈增加趋势,含水率、填充值基本无影响;②卷烟品质、吸阻、总通风率指标的稳定性,呈先升后降趋势;③卷烟感官品质得分,卷烟机A#呈下降趋势,卷烟机B#呈先升后降趋势;④成型负压对卷烟焦油、烟气烟碱、一氧化碳等主流烟气指标释放量影响较小。在试验范围内,相对较低的卷烟机成型负压,卷烟产品品质较优。To explore the effects of cigarette machine forming negative pressure on cigarette quality,setting four forming negative pressure to analyze the differences of cigarette products quality.The results showed that with the increasing of the forming negative pressure.①rate of cut tobacco in cigarettes is increasing,moisture content and filling have no effect.②the stability of cigarette weight,suction resistance and total ventilation rate is first rising and then decreasing.③the sensory quality scores of cigarettes showed a decreasing trend in cigarette machine A#,but the trend in cigarette machine B#was first rising and then decreasing.④mainstream smoke indexs such as cigarette tar,nicotine and carbon monoxide have little effect.Within the scope of the test,the lower negative pressure of cigarette forming machine,the better quality of cigarette products.
