摘 要:为保护北安地区大豆的品牌效益,将近红外光谱技术与化学计量学法用于对黑龙江省171份大豆样品进行产地鉴别研究。结果表明,近红外光谱法结合因子化法建立的定性分析模型对北安和其他地区大豆的鉴别正确率分别为100.0%和97.1%。近红外光谱法结合偏最小二乘法建立的定量分析模型对北安和其他地区大豆鉴别的正确率分别大于96.2%和94.4%,其中灰分鉴别正确率最高。证明利用近红外光谱法对北安地区大豆进行产地判别是可行的,对于保护黑龙江省非转基因大豆品牌具有一定的应用前景。In order to protect the soybean brand in Bei'an region,the near-infrared spectroscopy technology and chemometrics methods were used to identify the origin of 171 soybean samples in Heilongjiang Province.The results showed that the qualitative analysis model established by near infrared spectroscopy combined with factorization method was 100.0%and 97.14%respectively for the identification of soybeans of Bei'an and other regions.The quantitative analysis model established by near-infrared spectroscopy combined with partial least squares method was more than 96.2%and 94.4%for soybeans of Bei'an and other regions,respectively,with the highest ash identification.It was feasible to use NIR spectroscopy to identify the origin of soybeans of Bei'an regions,and it has certain application prospects for the protection of non-transgenic soybean brands in Heilongjiang Province.
