摘  要:了解大学生对保健食品的认识程度,为保健食品的认知及消费提供参考依据。对广州市某高校365名学生进行问卷调查。结果发现,大部分学生对保健食品的知晓情况一般,只有61.93%的大学生服用过保健食品,而且主要关注的功效集中在增强免疫力、改善皮肤状况和提高睡眠质量,月生活费、来源地是主要影响消费的因素,为进一步加强保健食品有关知识的宣传教育,提高大学生对其相关知识认知水平,对保健食品行业的发展具有促进作用。To understand the degree of college students'knowledge of health food,and to provide a reference for the cognition and consumption of health food.This paper conducted a questionnaire survey among 365 students from universities in Guangzhou.The results showed that the most students know about health food in general,only 61.93 percent of college students taking the effect of health food and major concern strengthening immunity,improving skin and enhancing sleep quality,moreover the monthly cost of living,sources were the main factors affecting consumption,further strengthen health food-related knowledge publicity and education,improve the awareness of college students about their knowledge,the development of health food industry has a role in promoting.
