摘　　要：疾病编码作为按病种付费的依据,涉及多方经济利益,使得对肿瘤疾病编码的正确性和主要诊断的选择要求越来越高。目前,肿瘤疾病编码的主要问题是编码员未准确掌握肿瘤疾病的患病部位及病理结果,主要诊断选择错误、漏编、错编疾病和手术操作编码等。针对上述问题编码员应掌握肿瘤疾病的编码方法和主要诊断选择原则,总结提升肿瘤疾病编码能力的相应的对策:在编码原则框架下适当扩展编码规则;更新充实编码库;加强同临床的沟通合作;积极学习临床前言知识,形成编码员独立的综合分析能力和思考能力。Present,tumor disease coding,as the basis of the Diagnosis Related Groups(DRGs),involves multiple economic interests.To achieve good results,the coders should improve the professional quality to select the accuracy codes of tumor diseases.The main problems were the low tumor coding accuracy,mainly due to the coders did not accurately grasp the location and pathological results of the tumor disease.Main diagnosis selection errors,low-coding or wrong-coding the diseases and surgical coding are also common.Based on this,we summarized the coding methods and main diagnosis selection principles of tumor disease.These strategies may also help to improve the ability of tumor disease coding.We can proper extension the coding rules based on the coding principles,update and enrich the coding library,strengthen the communication and cooperation with clinical,study the advanced clinical knowledge,forming the coder’s independent comprehensive analysis ability.
