摘 要:以天竺葵为材料,用EDTA处理土壤,探究在重金属Cd的胁迫下,天竺葵品种生理特性的变化及其对重金属Cd的吸收效果。结果表明,EDTA有助于土壤重金属活化,家天竺葵淡紫色和斑纹皱叶天竺葵均提高重金属从土壤向地上部分转移,转移效率分别提高了171%和11.7%;在重金属Cd的胁迫下,天竺葵光合作用下降,叶绿素含量降低,CAT、SOD和POD酶活性升高,MDA、脯氨酸等含量上升。经综合评价,发现盾叶天竺葵红色品种的抗重金属能力最强,天竺葵迪娃树莓脉纹的土壤净化率最高,家天竺葵淡紫色在EDTA作用下对Cd的富集效果及土壤净化率效果最好。In this study, we investigated the changes of physiological characteristics of geranium varieties and the absorption of cadmium under cadmium contaminated soil with added EDTA treatments. The results showed that EDTA could activate heavy metals in soil, and Pelargonium domesticum ‘Lavender’ and Pelargonium crispum ‘Variegatum’ could increase the transfer efficiency of heavy metals from soil to the upper part of plant by 171% and 11.7%, respectively. Under cadmium stress, the photosynthesis and the chlorophyll content of geranium decreased, while the activities of CAT, SOD and POD, and the contents of MDA and proline increased. After comprehensive evaluation, we found that: Pelargonium peltatum variety ‘Red’ had the strongest ability in heavy metal tolerance, Pelargonium ‘Divas Raspberry Veins’ showed the highest soil purification ability, and Pelargonium domesticum ‘Lavender’ was the best variety in enrichment of Cd and purification of soil with addition of EDTA.
