摘 要:为了对核电厂主控室操纵员的作业绩效进行综合评价,通过广泛的文献调研并结合问卷调查建立评价指标体系,基于层次分析法和DEMATEL法确定既能反映指标相互重要关系又考虑指标间相互影响的综合指标权重,应用非线性加权综合法将多个指标评价值合成为一个最终评价值。采用该方法在模拟机上对事故工况下操纵员的作业绩效进行实例评价,结果表明,该方法能够对核电厂主控室人员绩效进行有效评价。In order to comprehensively evaluate the performing behaviors of the operator in the main control room of the nuclear power plant,the paper has established a comprehensive evaluation model for the performance of the operator.And,in the said model,we have first of all collected,summarized and classified the performance shaping and cultivated factors in the classic HRA methods so as to build up a basic framework of the performance evaluation indicators of the operator.Moreover,we have also formulated a questionnaire of performance evaluation indicators in reference to the relevant designing criteria and the research results on the influential factors of their personnel performance.In addition,we have analyzed the characteristic features of the evaluation index system,too,in combination with the expert consultation ideas and finally established an evaluation questionnaire.After that,the initial weight of each indicator has been gained through the hierarchical analytic process,whereas the influential weights of the indicator have been calculated in accordance with the DEMATEL method.Besides,the comprehensive index weights have also been gained in combination with the normalization of the initial weights and the influential weights so as to reflect the significant relationship between the indicators and the mutual influential factors,in hoping to analyze the rationality of the index weights obtained in different ways.And,later,feeding back the calculation results to the operator concerned,the results of the above research prove to be close in line with the actual investigation situation.And,afterwards,when the nonlinear weighted synthesis method were to be used to synthesize the multiple indicative evaluation results into a final evaluation target,as a result,when the evaluation model was adopted to the case study of the operator’s performance evaluation under the accident conditions on the simulator,the data can be gained through interview with the operators by comparing the evaluation results with the subjective e
