摘　　要：在中国社会主要矛盾发生改变、社会治理不断创新、社会结构不断重塑与社会风险发生碰撞的新时代,国家和社会对于志愿服务提出了新的要求。有追求、组织化、事件化、规模化、社区化、制度化的志愿服务发展思路与新时代志愿服务的发展要求存在差距。志愿服务"立足新时代、展现新作为"需要立足专业化和社会化两个维度进行创新发展,发挥志愿服务的独特优势,走出符合人民实现美好生活需要的志愿服务发展新路径。In the new era when the principal contradiction facing Chinese society has evloved,social governance has been are continuously innovated,social structures have been unceasingly reshaped,and social risks have collided,the state and society raise a new claim for voluntary services.There is a gap between the existing voluntary service development concept of being aspiring,organized,evented,scaled,communitized and institutionalized and the development requirements of voluntary service in the new era.The voluntary service"based on the new era,show new actions"needs to be based on the two dimensions of professionalization and socialization for innovativedevelopment,to give full play to the unique advantages of voluntary service,and to blaze a new path for the voluntary service development that meets the people’s needs for a better life.
