摘　　要：本文在总结国内外城市轨道交通无砟轨道结构类型及其施工技术现状的基础上,介绍一种具有完全自主知识产权的新型城市轨道交通装配式无砟轨道结构,此种无砟轨道结构设计理念新颖、技术先进、构成合理.依据新型装配式无砟轨道的结构特点,探讨其在施工中的若干关键技术问题,分析研究新型装配式无砟轨道施工工序,并阐述各工序的施工技术要点、相应的机械设备配置及质量控制措施,以期能对我国的无砟轨道施工技术再创新提供参考和借鉴.This article introduces a new type of ballastless track structure for urban rail transit with completely independent intellectual property rights on the basis of summarizing the types of ballastless track structure and its construction technology status at home and abroad.This kind of ballastless track structure is novel in design concept,advanced in technology and reasonable in composition.Moreover,based on the characteristics of this new type of assembled ballastless track structure,some key technical issues in its construction are discussed,the construction process of the new assembled ballastless track is studied,and the key points of the construction technology of each process,corresponding mechanical equipment configuration and quality control measures are given.So it could provide some reference for the re-innovation of ballastless track construction technology.
