摘  要:在长江下游山区玉米种植史上,当代的玉米种植范围和规模最大,但因玉米生产而引发的环境问题类型之多、殃及范围之广、危害之大也是史无前例的。社会在应对这些环境问题的过程中,尽管存在治理与破坏并存、化学污染治理乏术、未能开展相关的专项整治等缺憾,但在政府的引领和扶持下,通过实施坡地退耕和利用农业技术、工程措施等多种手段进行综合治理,已经取得了多方面的生态保护成效。如今,随着玉米在各种植区彻底“下山”,山区延续了两三百年的因玉米生产而引发的环境问题痼疾得到根治,有利于保护长江下游的“绿水青山”。In the history of corn planting in the mountainous areas of the lower reaches of the Yangtze River,contemporary corn planting is characteristic of the largest scope and scale,but also unprecedented in its numerous types,wide range of influence and great harm of environmental problems caused by corn production.In the process of solving these problems,although there are deficiencies such as coexistence of governance and destruction,inability to control chemical pollution,and failure to carry out related special rectification,under the guidance and support of the government,comprehensive management has been put into practice and proved to be effective in environmental protection from different aspects through the implementation of many methods such as returning farmland from slopes and using agricultural techniques and engineering measures.Nowadays,as corn planting is completely removed from mountains,environmental problems in mountainous areas resulting from corn production for two to three hundred years have been thoroughly solved,which is conducive to protecting the“clean waters and green mountains”in the lower reaches of the Yangtze River.
