摘　　要：学界对土司制度进行研究的著述颇丰,但在搜集、整理前人的相关研究成果时,却发现对这一制度的认识存在着诸多的偏颇。针对这些偏颇,从土司制度中的职官体制、土流并治、施法举措、健全与完善以及因俗而治推行该制度的生态背景等诸多方面,去重新审视相关史实,希冀有助于深化对该制度的认识。There are a lot of works about the chieftain system,but when collecting and sorting out the previous research results,we find that there are many biases in the understanding of this system. In view of these biases,it is necessary to re-examine the relevant historical facts from many aspects,such as the official system in the chieftain system,the combination of local government and local government,law enforcement measures,improvement and improvement,as well as the ecological background of the implementation of the system due to customs,which will help deepen the understanding of the system.
