摘 要:文中旨在开发一种甲醛次硫酸氢钠(雕白块)的荧光探针,并将其应用于若干食品中非法添加剂雕白块的检测。由于雕白块具有较强的还原性,而1,4-萘醌作为一类常见的氧化剂,可与雕白块发生氧化还原反应,并生成1,4-萘二酚。基于该氧化还原反应,荧光微弱的1,4-萘醌可被雕白块还原为强荧光的1,4-萘二酚,从而建立起以1,4-萘醌为荧光探针的雕白块检测新方法。该探针可定量检测雕白块,荧光强度增强40余倍,选择性优良,并可用于食品中非法添加剂雕白块的检测。A fluorescent probe for the detection of sodium formaldehyde sulphoxylate(Rongalite)has been developed in food samples.Because of the strong reducibility of Rogalite,a redox reaction between Rogalite and the oxidizing naphthalene-1,4-dione could smoothly happen.And the fluorescent 1,4-dihydroxynaphthalene can be formed via the redox reaction between naphthalene-1,4-dione and Rongalite,realizing the fluorescence detection of Rogalite.Naphthalene-1,4-dione,as a Rongalite probe,exhibit more than 40 times of fluorescence enhancement upon the addition of Rongalite with good selectivity.Therefore,a new quantitative detection method for Rogalite has been established,and its application for the detection of Rongalite in food samples has been successfully demonstrated.
