摘　　要：新型冠状病毒肺炎(简称新冠肺炎,COVID-19)在全球的大爆发严重影响了人们的工作和生活,也对各个行业造成了不同程度的冲击。以往研究表明,灾难相关的创伤应激事件可以增加物质滥用风险,对成瘾人群生活及精神状态产生不良影响。因此,COVID-19危机事件作为一个严重的创伤应激事件也必将对我国以及全球的物质成瘾人群造成不利影响。本文旨在对以往创伤应激事件对于饮酒、吸烟、吸毒以及其它成瘾行为的影响等进行综述,进一步预测COVID-19危机事件对成瘾行为及成瘾人群可能诱发的影响,并对创伤应激事件影响成瘾行为的神经机制进行探讨,提出相关防控和处置措施的建议。The outbreak of COVID-19 has seriously affected people's work and life,and also caused different impacts on various industries.Previous studies have shown that disaster-related traumatic stress events could increase the risk of substance abuse and adversely affect life and mental state of addicts.Therefore,COVID-19 crisis,as a severe traumatic stress event,is bound to have a negative impact on addicts in the world.This review summarized impact of trauma stress events on drinking,smoking,drug taking and other addictive behaviors,predicted influence of COVID-19 crisis on addictive behavior and addicts,discussed the neural mechanisms underlying effects of trauma stress events on addictive behavior,and provided suggestions on prevention.
