摘　　要：分析铁路工程施工总承包投标报价中综合评估法的运用,对该方法进行介绍,明确其在获取施工总承包权中的价值,介绍当前综合评估法的应用现状,并从优化设计评估指标、科学设定评估指标权重、合理设定评标基准价3个方面,介绍综合评估法在投标报价中的运用,有利于提高中标概率,以期为今后招投标环节提供有价值的参考。This paper analyzes the application of the comprehensive evaluation method in the tender offer of the general contract of railway engineering construction,introduces the method,clarifies its value in obtaining the general contract right of construction,and introduces the current application status of the comprehensive evaluation method.And from three aspects of optimizing design evaluation index,scientifically setting evaluation index weight and reasonably setting evaluation benchmark price,this paper introduces the application of comprehensive evaluation method in bidding quotation,which is conducive to improving the probability of winning the bid,in order to provide valuable reference for the future bidding process.
