摘　　要：目的调查中医院校医学影像学专业西医诊断学的教学现状,为教学改革工作提供方案。方法以网络问卷的形式开展课程教学情况调查,问卷内容包括学生对课程的认知程度以及学生对教学安排、课程设置、考核方式的看法等。结果87.18%的学生表示对西医诊断学课程感兴趣,98.72%的学生认为应该重视该门课程,66.67%的学生认为应该增加理论课学时,60.27%的学生认为应该增加操作课学时,42.31%的学生认为教材选用欠佳。结论目前学生对于西医诊断学课程的重视程度较高,学习的积极性尚可,教师应该加大力度激发学生的学习兴趣,结合医学影像学专业特点调整课堂内容,创新西医诊断学教学模式,应用多种在线教学平台,为社会培养更多适应临床的优秀的医学影像学专业人才。Objective To investigate the current teaching situation of western diagnostics in medical imaging specialty in Chinese medicine universities,and to provide a plan for the teaching reform.Methods In the form of online questionnaire,the survey of curriculum teaching is carried out.The content of the questionnaire includes students’cognition of the curriculum and their views on teaching arrangement,curriculum setting and assessment methods.Results 87.18%of the students expressed interest in the course of western diagnostics,98.72%of the students thought that the course should be paid attention to,66.67%of the students thought that the theoretical class hours should be increased,60.27%of the students thought that the operation class hours should be increased,42.31%of the students thought that the selection of teaching materials was poor.Conclusion Students attach great importance to the course of western diagnostics,and their enthusiasm for learning is fair.Teachers should increase their efforts to stimulate students’interest in learning,adjust course content in combination with the characteristics of medical imaging specialty,innovate the teaching mode and set up a variety of online teaching platforms to train more excellent medical imaging professionals for the society to adapt to the clinical practice.
