摘 要:根据封装管壳的密封性检测参数来设计自动化检漏系统。首先对封装管壳密封性自动化检漏系统中喷氦试验枪的直径、角度及长径比等关键参数进行设计验证;再从带动喷氦试验枪运动的控制系统及机械结构整体设计,研究制定了管壳密封试验中喷氦时间及移动速度两个重要的自动化检漏参数,建立了封装管壳密封性自动化检测系统;最后,用小腔体封装管壳进行喷氦检漏试验,验证了自动化检漏系统运用在封装管壳密封性检测时的适用性及有效性,填补了现有封装管壳密封性检测标准的不足,也为其他产品自动化测试密封性提供了设计及测试思路。The automatic leak detection system is designed according to test parameters of the hermeticity of the packaging tube and shell.First of all,the key parameters such as the diameter,angle and aspect ratio of the helium spray method test gun in the automatic leak detection system of the packaging tube and shell were designed and verified.Then,two important automatic leak detection parameters,helium spray method time and moving speed in the tube and shell hermeticity test were established according to the overall design of the control system and mechanical structure driving the helium spray method test gun,so as to establish the automatic test system of the hermeticity of tube and shell.The applicability and effectiveness of the automatic leak detection system in testing the hermeticity of packaging tube and shell were verified through the t helium spray method with small cavity packaging tube and shell,which compensates the shortcomings of the existing test standards for the hermeticity of packaging tube and shell and provids design and testing ideas for automatic hermeticity test on other products.
