摘　　要：肾外肾母细胞瘤十分罕见,通常无特征性临床表现,术前诊断很困难,确诊依靠病理检查。目前本病治疗多采用手术、化疗和放疗的综合治疗方案,患者总体生存率可达90%左右。本文报告1例2岁患儿左侧阴囊内的肾母细胞瘤。Extrarenal Wilms′tumor is extremely rare and has no characteristic clinical manifestations.Diagnosis is difficult before surgery,and is often confirmed by histopathology.Comprehensive treatment by surgery,chemotherapy and radiotherapy is currently adopted for such patients,and the overall survival rate can reach about 90%.Here we report a 2-year-old child with Wilms′tumor in the left scrotum.
