针灸治疗海绵窦肿性偏头痛病案1例

摘　　要：头痛是临床常见症状,可严重降低患者生活质量。疼痛类疾病是针灸的优势病种之一,针灸对头痛治疗具有不可替代的优势。门诊观察针灸治疗海绵窦肿性偏头痛1例,根据其头痛特点属于中医学中少阳、厥阴两经的瘀血头痛,通过刺络放血及头痛局部、肝经、胆经等针刺治疗后,患者头痛迅速缓解。本文试从中医对头痛的认识、海绵窦内交感神经与颈内动脉、颈上神经节等解剖特点、偏头痛的治疗、针灸止痛机制等各方面探究,分析本病案中针灸取效影响因素,为临床应用提供参考。Headache,which is rather common in clinical,can seriously decrease quality of daily life.However,this syndrome belongs to the dominant diseases of Acupunture in Tradional Chinese Medicine which can ease the suffering without side effects.We report one case of secondary migraine of Cavernous Sinus treated with Acupuncture,which belongs to blood-stasis-headache in Shaoyang meridian and Jueyin meridian in Traditional Chinese Medicine system.Headache patients gained rapid relief through blood letting puncture and acupuncture at headache region,acupoint in Liver Meridian and Gall bladder Meridian.We would like to explore the mechanism underlying from aspact of Cavernous Sinus anatomocal characteristics,Sympathetic nerve,Internal Carotid Artery and Superior Cervical Ganglion,migraine treatment,and acupuncture analgesia mechanism,to figure out influencing factors of acupuncture effect and provide reference for clinical application.
