摘 要:以金台铁路林家岙隧道工程为依托,针对工程特点和难点,对原有爆破方案进行优化,通过预裂缝等效数值分析方法对聚能预裂方案进行了对比分析,结合现场实测数据对数值分析结果进行了验证。结果表明,聚能预裂方案可使衬砌各测点应力和振速分别降低50%和45%以上。聚能预裂爆破方案可行,优势明显,无预裂缝对隧道衬砌和爆破振动影响较大,聚能预裂爆破可有效降低爆破振速、增大开挖进尺、加快施工进度。预裂缝等效分析方法对实际工程具有较好的指导意义。Based on the Linjiaao tunnel of Jintai railway,the original blasting scheme was optimized according to the characteristics and difficulties of the project.The pre-crack equivalent numerical analysis method was used to compare and analyze scheme of cumulative pre-split blasting.The field measurement data verified the numerical analysis results.The results showed that the pre split blasting scheme can reduce the stress and vibration velocity of each measuring point by more than 50% and 45% respectively.The cumulative pre-split blasting scheme was feasible and had obvious advantages.The absence of pre-cracks had great influence on tunnel lining and blasting vibration.The cumulative pre-split blasting could effectively reduce the blasting vibration,increase the excavation footage and speed up the construction progress.The pre-crack equivalent analysis method had a good guiding significance for practical engineering.
