摘　　要：在济南创建全国文明城市的过程中,改变最大的是市容市貌,最深刻的则是人。作为这座美丽省会城市的一份子,我们为她日新月异的发展自豪,更为她不断提升的市民文明素质而高兴。市民素质高一分,城市形象美十分。The image of the city has been dramatically enhanced with improved quality of the citizens.Holding the honorary title of NatiOnal Civilized City after Several rounds of reassessments,Jinan city has been making unceasing efforts to enrich ideological content of civilization construction and Strengthen moral education for developing and promoting the core values of Chinese socialism.It printed and distributed the proposal for the creation of a civilized city to urge the people to abide by the"Regulations on the promotion of civilized behaviors".It popularized the concept of civilization and standardized the education of etiquette,in order to create a civilized atmosphere through citizens’words and deeds.
