摘　　要：随机挑选市场上的20批次家用双层床,采用标准GB 24430.1-2009《家用双层床安全第1部分:要求》和GB/T 24430.2-2009《家用双层床安全第2部分:试验》进行分析测试,发现不符合标准的有上层床安全栏板、床铺面、踏脚板的尺寸和用户指南4个项目,并对4个检测项目不合格将导致的危害进行分析。研究结果表明,家用双层床存在相关的质量问题。针对这些问题,建议生产企业从源头把控产品质量,确保产品出厂合格,消费者挑选是从品牌、外观、材质以及说明书等各种细节着手。In this paper,20 batches of household bunk bed on the market were randomly selected and analytical tested according to the standard of GB 24430.1-2009 and GB/T 24430.2-2009.The main problemsinvolved four items in aspects of upper bed safety fence board,bed pavement,size of treading board and user’s guide.The hazards caused by the unqualified four test items were also investigated.The results showthat there exist quality problems in household bunk beds.It is suggested that the manufacturer should control the product quality from the source to ensure that the product is qualified before delivery.The selectionprocess should be started from several aspects that include brand,appearance,material and instructions.
