摘  要:新冠肺炎疫情背景下,首先从医学专业毕业生整体就业特征和中医药毕业生区别于西医类毕业生的就业特征两个方面出发,对中医药院校毕业生就业的特殊性进行深入分析。从学校和个人两个层面,分别提出学校应整合教学资源、优化教师结构、加强实训和社会实践课程建设、开拓就业市场等策略;学生应理性自我分析、丰富知识储备等建议。通过对相关策略和建议的探讨,为中医药院校所面临的现实困境寻求有效的解决途径,促进中医药事业的有序健康发展。Under the background of the COVID-19 pandemic,this article first analyzes the features of the employment of graduates of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)colleges from the perspective of the overall employment characteristics of medical graduates and the different characteristics of TCM graduates and those of western medicine.From the two levels of school and individual,it is proposed that schools should take measures like to integrate teaching resources,to optimize the teacher structure,to strengthen practical training and social practice curriculum construction,and to explore the job market.Students should rationally analyze themselves and enrich their knowledge reserves.Through the discussion of relevant strategies and suggestions,we seek effective solutions for the practical difficulties faced by TCM schools and promote the orderly and healthy development of TCM.
