摘　　要：目的探讨胃造瘘管置换的两种不同术式在长期肠内营养患者中的应用价值。方法 2011年1月至2019年1月,我院对38例患者行72例次胃造瘘管置换术,其中经内镜下置换40例次(内镜组),低漏斗型器械置换32例次(低漏斗型组),比较两组的换管操作时间、并发症。结果低漏斗型组的换管操作时间显著少于内镜组,并发症发生率显著高于内镜组(P <0.05)。结论经内镜胃造瘘管置换和低漏斗型器械胃造瘘管置换各有优缺点,临床可根据患者具体情况选择换管方法。Objective To explore the application value of two kinds of gastric fistula replacement methods in patients with long-term enteral nutrition.Methods 38 patients in our hospital from January 2011 to January 2019 received 72 times of gastric fistula replacement,including 40 times of endoscopic replacement(endoscope group)and 32 times of low funnel type instrument replacement(low funnel type group).The operation time of fistula replacement and complications were compared between two groups.Results The operation time of fistula replacement of low funnel type group was less than that of endoscope group,and the incidence of complications was higher than that of endoscope group(P<0.05).Conclusions Endoscopic gastric fistula replacement and low funnel type instrument gastric fistula replacement have their own advantages and disadvantages,and can be selected clinically according to the specific conditions of patients.
