腹腔镜下结直肠全系膜切除术治疗结直肠癌的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察腹腔镜下结直肠全系膜切除术治疗结直肠癌的临床效果。方法回顾性分析我院2018年1月至2019年2月收治的85例结直肠癌患者的临床资料,依据治疗方法不同分为观察组(n=42)和对照组(n=43)。观察组行腹腔镜下结直肠全系膜切除术治疗,对照组行传统开腹手术治疗,对比两组患者相关手术指标及并发症发生情况。结果观察组的术中出血量少于对照组,手术时间、胃肠功能恢复时间、住院时间均短于对照组(P均<0.05)。观察组的术后并发症发生率为4.76%,明显低于对照组的20.93%(P <0.05)。结论与传统开腹手术相比,腹腔镜下结直肠全系膜切除术治疗结直肠癌创伤较小,患者恢复较快且术后并发症发生率较低,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical effect of laparoscopic total mesorectal resection in the treatment of colorectal cancer.Methods The clinical data of 85 patients with colorectal cancer in our hospital from January 2018 to February 2019 were retrospectively analyzed.They were divided into observation group(n=42)and control group(n=43)according to different treatment methods.The observation group received laparoscopic total mesorectal resection,and the control group received traditional laparotomy.The related surgical indicators and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The intraoperative blood loss of the observation group was less than that of the control group,and the operation time,gastrointestinal function recovery time and hospitalization time were shorter than those of the control group(all P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was 4.76%,significantly lower than 20.93%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Compared with traditional laparotomy,laparoscopic total mesorectal resection in the treatment of colorectal cancer has less trauma,faster recovery and lower incidence of postoperative complications,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
