从企业角度来思考嵌入式单片机应用技术人才培养——以企业研发部门对新进嵌入式单片机工程师培养模式为参考

摘　　要：嵌入式单片机技术相关课程是高校机电、信息、计算机类等工科专业学生重点学习内容之一。随着信息化、大数据、互联网+、人工智能等技术的出现,嵌入式单片机技术作为电子产品的核心技术之一,也备受企业界的关注。为了培养高水平嵌入式单片机应用型人才,以企业对研发技术人员在嵌入式单片机方面的技术培训过程和内容参考,分析讨论:借鉴企业以完成项目为导向的形式,充分发挥的受训人员主动性和独立性的培养模式,将学生培养成为能满足企业对嵌入式单片机技术应用人才的需求。For most of engineering students,such as electrome chanical engineering,information engineering,computer science,and so on,their related courses about the embedded microcomputer technology are one of their compulsory courses.With the emergence of information technology,big data,internet plus,artificial intelligence,etc,as one of the critical technologies,the embedded microcomputer technology has been widespread requested by enterprises.In order to cultivate high-level application-oriented students'ability in embedded microcomputer,refer to the training for new embedded microcomputer engineers in R&D department of a company,this paper presented:How to train the students to meet the requirements in embedded microcomputer technology.
