摘　　要：以1,4-二氯-2,5-二硝基甲苯为桥联剂,通过一步合成法制备H2MHTPP卟啉二聚体,用MALDI-TOF质谱表征卟啉二聚体的结构,并研究卟啉二聚体的电化学和光化学性质以及表面光电压光谱(SPS).结果表明, H2MHTPP卟啉二聚体是一种p型半导体.Using 1,4-dichloro-2,5-dinitrotoluene as bridging agent,H 2MHTPP porphyrin dimer was prepared by one-step synthesis.The structure of porphyrin dimer was characterized by MALDI-TOF mass spectrometry.The electrochemical and photochemical properties of the porphyrin dimer and the surface photovoltage spectrum(SPS)of the porphyrin dimer were studied.The results show that the H 2MHTPP porphyrin dimer is a p-type semiconductor.
