摘　　要：为了探索军队基层政治工作课程能力训练教学规律,提高教学质量,根据该课程的能力训练内涵和要求,分析了课程当前教学中存在的主要问题,提出把准训练重点、完善能力训练方法、统一组训规范、建立共育机制、改进考核模式的对策,为提高军队基层政治工作课程能力训练质量提供了有益参考.With the aim of exploring the teaching law of competence training in the military grassroots political courses,and improving the teaching quality,this article is based on the connotation and requirements of competence training of this course to analyze the main problems existing in current teaching practice,putting forward some countermeasures,including grasping the key points of training,perfecting training methods,unifying training norms,establishing co-education mechanism and improving assessment modes,which provides a helpful reference for improving the training quality of competence training in the military grassroots political courses.
