摘  要:试验旨在研究全株玉米青贮作为唯一粗饲料的混合型日粮对育肥羔羊胃肠道结构和抗氧化指标的影响。选取3~4月龄,健康无病,平均体重为(32.0±1.69)kg的杜寒羊24只,公母各半,按同质原则分为2组,每组12只。对照组饲喂羊草为粗饲料的全混合颗粒日粮(CW),试验组饲喂以全株玉米青贮为粗饲料的全混合日粮(TS)。结果表明,饲喂以全株玉米青贮为唯一粗饲料的全混合日粮组(TS)育肥羔羊瘤胃上皮结构的健康程度和机体抗氧化能力明显优于饲喂颗粒饲料日粮组育肥羔羊(CW),但从绒毛高度/隐窝深度(V/C)这一反映小肠消化吸收情况的指标上看,二者没有明显的差异。The purpose of this experiment was to study the effect of the whole plant corn silage as the only forage on the gastrointestinal structure and antioxidant indexes of fattening lambs.Twenty-four Du Han F1 hybrid sheep with good body weight and weight of(32.0±1.69)kg were randomly divided into two groups,with 12 replicates in each group and 1 sheep in each replicate.The control group was fed pellets with Chinese wildrye(CW),and the experimental group was fed a Total Mixed Ration(TS)with whole corn silage as roughage.The feeding trial lasted for 75 days,10 days pre-test period,and 65 days formal feeding period.On the last day of the feeding period,6 sheep were selected for slaugh⁃ter in each group.Rumen fluid,blood serum,rumen and small intestine tissue were collected.The re⁃sults showed that:the rumen epithelial structure and antioxidant capacity of TS group were significant⁃ly better than those of CW group,but there was no significant difference between TS group and CW group from the villus height/crypt depth(V/C),which reflected the intestinal digestion and absorption index.
