摘　　要：房地产证券化有助于房地产融资的去中介化和脱媒,促进房地产融资方式的多元化。通过搜集的40例案例信息,利用QCA分析方法对房地产证券化进行组态构型分析,以探索适合我国房地产企业发展的资产证券化融资模式,为发展房地产证券化提供定性定量参考。Real estate securitization contributes to the disintermediation of real estate loans and helps to realize the diversification of financing methods.Through the information of 40 collected cases,this research uses QCA method to analyze the configuration of real estate securitization,so as to explore the assert securitization financing mode suitable for the development of real estate market in China,provides qualitative and quantitative reference for the development of real estate securitization.
