连续波热牙胶充填技术根尖封闭性能的评估

摘　　要：目的:探讨连续波热牙胶充填技术根尖封闭性能的效果.方法:选择本院因牙周疾病进行拔除处理的70颗上颌前牙作为研究样本.甲组采取机用Protaper镍钛锉根管预备;乙组采取手用不锈钢K锉根管预备;丙组采取机用Protaper镍钛锉根管预备;丁组采取手用不锈钢K锉根管预备,观察各组根尖部位染料的渗入情况.结果:四组比较染料的渗入深度差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),丁组染料的渗入深度显著高于其他三组;四组微渗漏的长度比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:相较于冷侧压根管充填技术,经连续波热牙胶充填技术处理后,根管的封闭性能更令人满意.Objective:To explore the effect of continuous wave hot tooth gum filling technology on apex sealing performance.Methods:A total of 70 maxillary anterior teeth that were removed for periodontal disease in our hospital were selected as the research sample.Group A uses machine Protaper nickel titanium file root canal preparation;Group B uses hand stainless steel K file root canal preparation;Group C uses machine Protaper nickel titanium file root canal preparation;Group D uses hand stainless steel K file root canal preparation,Observe the penetration of dye in the root tip of each group.Results:The difference in the penetration depth of the dye between the four groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),the penetration depth of the dye in the D group was significantly higher than the other three groups;the difference in the length of the microleakage in the four groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with cold side pressure root canal filling technology,the sealing performance of root canal is more satisfactory after treatment with continuous wave hot tooth gum filling technology.
