DIY热牙胶充填系统和冷牙胶充填在慢性根尖周炎中的效果比较

摘　　要：目的:评价慢性根尖周炎应用DIY热牙胶充填系统、冷牙胶充填的实际治疗效果.方法:将2018年1月~2018年12月接诊的80例慢性根尖周炎患者纳入研究,对照组40例冷牙胶充填,观察组40例应用D I Y热牙胶充填系统,治疗后随访(6.00±0.10)个月,评估患者综合治疗效果.结果:观察组患者治疗总有效率为97.50%,高于对照组80.00%的治疗总有效率,观察组治疗后牙疼痛发生率为5.00%,小于对照组20.00%的牙疼痛发生率,数据分析均存在显著差异性,P<0.05.结论:DIY热牙胶充填系统较冷牙胶充填对慢性根尖周炎治疗效果更好,且可以有效降低患者治疗后的牙疼痛发生率.Objective:To evaluate the therapeutic effect of DIY hot tooth filling system and cold tooth filling in chronic periapical periodontitis.Methods:80 patients with chronic periapical periodontitis admitted from January 2018 to December 2018 were included in the study,40 patients in the control group received cold tooth glue filling,and 40 patients in the observation group received DIY hot tooth glue filling system.After treatment,the patients were followed up for(6.00±0.10)months to evaluate the comprehensive treatment effect.Results:The total effective rate of patients in the observation group was 97.50%,higher than the total effective rate of 80.00%in the control group.The incidence of dental pain after treatment in the observation group was 5.00%,lower than the incidence of dental pain in the control group of 20.00%.Conclusion:The DIY hot tooth filling system is more effective than cold tooth filling in the treatment of chronic periapical periodontitis,and can effectively reduce the incidence of dental pain after treatment,which is worthy of promotion and application.
