胃结肠息肉患者应用胃肠镜下等离子射频仪的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探究分析胃结肠息肉患者应用胃肠镜下等离子射频仪的效果.方法:选择2018年1月~2019年5月本院收治的胃结肠息肉患者70例,对患者随机编号,利用抽签法将其分为2组,各35例,对照组行高频电离子治疗仪治疗,试验组给予胃肠镜下等离子射频仪治疗,比较治疗效果和恢复时间.结果:试验组与对照组治疗总有效率相比(94.29%vs 88.57%)差异无统计学意义,P>0.05;试验组首次进食时间、住院时间、完全愈合时间均短于对照组,P<0.05;试验组与对照组并发症率相比(2.85%vs 5.71%)差异无统计学意义,P>0.05.结论:在胃结肠息肉患者治疗中,胃肠镜下等离子射频仪治疗效果理想且安全,较高频治疗恢复更快,值得推荐.Objective:To explore and analyze the effect of plasma radiofrequency instrument under gastrointestinal endoscopy in patients with gastrointestinal polyps.Methods:From January 2018 to May 2019,70 patients with gastrointestinal polyps were treated in our hospital.The patients were randomly numbered and divided into 2 groups by lottery,35 cases in each.The control group received high-frequency ion therapy In the experimental group,the experimental group was treated with plasma radiofrequency instrument under gastrointestinal endoscopy to compare the treatment effect and recovery time.Results:Compared with the control group,the total effective rate of treatment(94.29%vs 88.57%)in the experimental group was not statistically significant,P>0.05;the time of first meal,hospitalization,and complete healing time in the experimental group were shorter than the control group,P<0.05;there was no statistically significant difference in the complication rate between the experimental group and the control group(2.85%vs 5.71%),P>0.05.Conclusion:In the treatment of patients with gastrointestinal polyps,the plasma radiofrequency instrument under gastrointestinal treatment is ideal and safe,and the higher frequency treatment recovers faster and is recommended.
