全数字胃肠造影检查的临床应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨全数字胃肠造影检查在临床病症中的诊断价值。方法:纳入2016年2月~2017年3月本院收治的共62例疑似胃癌患者为研究数据,对所有患者予以全数字胃肠造影检查,以病理诊断为金标准,分析全数字胃肠造影检查对胃癌的诊断结果。结果:经病理检查证实,62例疑似胃癌病例中,共有15例患者证实为胃癌。全数字胃肠造影检查对胃癌的诊断灵敏度、特异度、准确性分别为86.7%(13/15)、87.23%(41/47)、87.09%(54/62),经一致性检验发现,全数字胃肠造影对胃癌的诊断结果与病理诊断结果之间具有良好一致性。胃癌数字影像可知,43例胃黏膜皱襞损坏,36例胃部轮廓缩窄变形,15例胃腔内充盈缺损,45例胃蠕动减弱消失。病理检查结果证实,33例胃壁增厚,30例胃腔内肿块。两种检查方式比较,数字胃肠检查的检查结果更加清楚。结论:全数字胃肠造影检查有利于胃腔内部的观察,有利于胃癌的诊断,这对于临床研究具有重要作用。Objective:To explore the diagnostic value of full-scale gastrointestinal imaging in clinical diseases.Methods:From February 2016 to March 2017,a total of 62 patients with suspected gastric cancer were used as research data.All patients were subjected to full digital gastrointestinal angiography,with pathological diagnosis as the gold standard,and analysis of full digital gastrointestinal angiography for gastric cancer Diagnostic results.Results:Pathological examination confirmed that out of 62 suspected gastric cancer cases,a total of 15 patients were confirmed to have gastric cancer.The diagnostic sensitivity,specificity,and accuracy of full digital gastrointestinal imaging for gastric cancer were 86.7%(13/15),87.23%(41/47),and 87.09%(54/62).Digital gastrointestinal imaging has a good consistency between the diagnosis results of gastric cancer and the pathological diagnosis results.The digital images of gastric cancer showed that 43 cases of gastric mucosal folds were damaged,36 cases had narrowed and deformed gastric contours,15 cases had filling defects in the gastric cavity,and 45 cases of gastric peristalsis weakened and disappeared.The results of pathological examination confirmed that 33 cases had thickened stomach walls and 30 cases had gastric lumps.Compared with the two examination methods,the examination results of the digital gastrointestinal examination are more clear.Conclusion:Full digital gastrointestinal imaging is conducive to the observation of the stomach cavity and the diagnosis of gastric cancer,which has an important role in clinical research.
